General Questions

- What material are the tee-shirts made of?

Most of our T-shirts are 100% cotton although some articles have a small percentage of other materials (e.g.: polyester). The basis weight depends on the model but is always greater than 145g/m². You can get this information by gliding your mouse over the T-shirts on our site’s home page menu.

- Is the quality of my photograph good enough?

The higher the resolution, the better the result. The ideal image size is 300 DPI. If the resolution is less than 300 DPI the print size will be as large as possible.

- Which types of document format are acceptable?

We accept JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG file formats

- My design has a background colour. Will it be wiped out?

In principle, yes since the background colour is that of the T-shirt; unless you specify to the contrary.

- How can a design without a background colour be downloaded onto a dark tee-shirt?

If your file has been created using Photoshop or Illustrator, you should strip out the background colour. If you cannot do this, ask us to strip it out for you..

- Which printing techniques are used for the tee-shirts?

The printing method we use is the industry’s top of the range process called flocking. There are two types of flocking: - Flex printing, smooth vinyl look - Flock printing, velvet look.

In both cases, the prints are solid and perfectly resistant to machine washing, provided the washing and care instructions are respected: - The Tee shirt should be machine washed inside out at a maximum of 30 or 40°C, do not use washing powders containing bleaching products - The T-shirts should also be ironed inside out. - Do not machine dry.

- What does DPI mean?

DPI means Dot Per Inch to define the pixel size. An image with a large number of pixels will have a high resolution and thus give an optimal print quality.
